Our aim is to partner with like-minded clubs around the State of New Jersey and create a player base which is unmatched in both quality and quantity. Our focus is on influencing player development from the youngest "grassroots" ages to expand opportunities for every player to reach the highest levels possible based on their ability and desire.
Our partnership program with local clubs in strategic areas of New Jersey will spread the "Rush Way" of player development throughout the State. Players developed within this statewide base will have an opportunity to compete in the most competitive leagues and work toward Regional and National Rush Select programs that will compete nationally and internationally; ultimately leading to the identification of players to compete on a NJ Rush semi-professional team and a national Rush professional team.
